This restaurant has been on my experience list for years. Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the skyline view always a favourite. Our neighbours ordered the onion soup. It looked great, but I wasn’t convinced by the high price that it would surpass my current favourite onion soup.

We celebrated birthday here and it was a wonderful experience for us. We seated beside the window and were able to see the CN tower. The waiters were so friendly and polite. Definitely will come back again!

I had the pleasure of visiting a restaurant that truly deserves its Michelin star, and I must say that my expectations were not only met but exceeded! From the moment I walked in, I felt special – the elegant decor and cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for a feast for the senses. The service was top-notch; every staff member radiated professionalism and a smile, making me feel genuinely appreciated as a guest. The speed of serving the dishes was impressive, yet I could sense that each meal was prepared with the utmost care. Now, about the food... The flavors were absolutely exquisite. Each dish was a true work of art that not only delighted the eyes but also exploded with taste. I felt honored to be able to try these culinary masterpieces. Cleanliness and attention to detail also deserve recognition. In such a place, every element is well thought out, which only confirms that the restaurant indeed meets the highest standards. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable culinary experience. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional flavors and professional service. This is a place that will remain in my memory for a long time!

Simply amazing!!! Everything was a top tier! Parking was easy to find and it was right underground, so we didn’t even have to step outside in a cold weather. Beautiful design and very cozy atmosphere with friendly and attentive service. The view is breathtaking to say the least. Tasting menu was absolutely delicious with a spectacular presentation. Highly recommend this restaurant! 10/10 It’s not just a dinner, it’s an unforgettable experience!

The food, service and view of the city from the 54th floor at Canoe were top notch :) Appetizers & Cocktail: The Scallop en Croute was awesome. The scallop was perfectly cooked and the creamy sauce was savoury and delicious. The Onion Soup was light and flavourful. It was an interesting but good version of an onion soup. The Roots Revival Salad was okay. Would have been nice if they had candied / caramelized nuts or dried fruit to give the salad texture. The Risky Business Cocktail was smooth and refreshing. Would definitely recommend. Main Dishes: The Low Slow Short Rib was soft, tender and savoury. The Lamb Rack was awesome. The lamb was perfectly cooked with no lamb gaminess. It was delicious. Desserts: The Blackberry Meringue was awesome. A great combo of blackberries, sponge cake and meringue. Would definitely recommend. The Black Forest Gateau was good. This dessert is like a fancied up Klondike ice cream sandwich.

Amazing tasting menu, every dish was unique and the flavours were surprising yet familiar in the best way possible. Excellent attention to detail from the staff - everything was served at the perfect time and at the perfect temperature. I have a big appetite and left full. One of the few high end spots that I think is 100% worth the price! Ask the staff for free parking voucher.

I celebrated my birthday at Canoe, an upscale restaurant with an amazing view from high above the city. The ambiance was incredible, and the service was top-notch. I ordered the salmon, scallops, and a dessert, and everything was delicious. My husband had the onion soup and duck, which were also amazing. Just a heads-up: the portions are small, as expected from fine dining, but that lets you savor more dishes. Overall, a fantastic place for a special occasion!
